Meat at Billys Butchers is recruiting qualified Butchers at their Ashgrove QLD processing and storage facility. The successful candidate will need to: - Prepare meat by removing bones, trimming fat and cutting, mincing and grinding meat to shape and size as ordered - Prepare crumbed cuts of meat, and marinating, seasoning and curing special cuts - Select and prepare meat to produce smallgoods - Operate machines to gr
